An invincible Serena act!!

She hasn’t even won it yet!! (Just leading 6-0, 3-0) But, there is no way Maria Sharapova can to overcome the Serena power. Such is the demolition act. Serena is being brutal at her opponent and it is an Olympic final.

There is a lot of crowd support for Maria along with sympathy. But you have to admire the way Serena is playing against the former world no.1. Just unimaginable!! She waits there to break every serve thrown at her with an unbelievable backhand or a forehand. I have never seen a woman playing with such raw power and determination. Her only thought now, I believe is  to win that Olympic Gold which she hasn’t laid her hands on yet. This has to go down in the history of Olympic games as one of the best won medals by total domination. She for a while looked better than a lot of tennis greats.

Not just Maria. Azarenka was clueless as well yesterday in the semis. She lost the match and didn’t even know what hit her.

Serena-she looks like a bull charging with rage. Her serve, return, court coverage and the entire game is looking incredible. On the other hand, Maria keeps finding net as regular as a newbie to tennis. She looks like one now. 😉 . No doubt, the gold is going to be hers. Everyone else is just a spectator.

Update: Yup, it’s over as expected with 3 ballistic aces!! Serena has won it by 6-0, 6-1. What a performance!! Her first singles Olympic gold. An amazing sports woman. Hats off!!
