M and N List

This page has a list of movies watched and novels read by me starting July, 2010

1. Inception – Was exceptional.

2. InvictusMorgan Freeman, the amazing!!

3. About Schmidt – A superficial Jack movie. Rare!!

4. Freaky Friday – I liked LL’s part.

5. As Good As it Gets – Wasn’t as good as I thought it’d be!!

6. The Curse of the Jade Scorpion – I liked the term “Madagascar”.

7. The Princess and the Frog – Phenomenal work by the creators.

8. Anger Management – The movie is sick..I liked Jack’s part though!!

9. Gandhi – OMG!! Long live Ben Kingsley.

10. Inception again – Even better this time.

11. Once Upon a Time in Mumbai – Critics, I guess were liberal to rate this movie 4 out of 5.

12. Hangover – Watched it for the nth time and the movie is still funny.

13. Shutter Island – It requires multiple viewing, but I ain’t sure if I am going to do it.

14. Dabangg – Sick flick for non Salman Khan fans.

15. The Ugly Truth – Was it good? or am I faking it? U’ll never know the truth!!!

16. Maryaatha Ramanna – Decent enough flick.

17. Avatar, Wall-E, Sherlock Holmes, Madagascar – Watched all these cool ones with my nephew again.

18. Get Smart – Watch this movie on HBO every month. Anne Hathaway was striking.

19. Endhiran – Thalaivar was fantastic, but not in his usual way. Shankar has done a great job.

20. Benny and Joon – For Johnny Depp!!

21. The World’s fastest Indian – Din’t mind a Welsh portraying a Kiwi. The film was touching.

22. Robo – Endhiran in Telugu. Better without expectations.

23. Khaleja – But for Mahesh, I wouldn’t have watched this movie at all..that too on the first day.

24. Wolf – Normal. Michelle was amazing.

25. Brindavanam – Samantha’s HOT!!!

26. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 – Not adventurous enough!!

27. Orange – The film is colorless. For movie goer’s sake, someone stop Genelia from screaming in her movies – it’s unbearable.

28. Unstoppable – Excellent screenplay. Didn’t feel a single moment thinking about anything else. Good watch.

29. Chronicles of Narnia (the latest one released in 2010) – I don’t even remember the complete movie name. I don’t wan’t to.

30. Four Christmases – Just okkkkk!!

32. My Cousin Vinny – Joe Pesci was damn funny.

33. Ragada – *^(^%*&()(+. It’s that bad.

34. Aadukalam – The first half was mind blowing. Cool songs. Could have ended better.

35. 12 Angry Men – Fantastic.

36. Ala Mothalayinthi – Stupid but funny.

37. Gaganam – I can watch it a second time. It’s very good, no boring stuff.

38. You will meet a Tall Dark Stranger – Oh!! Just fine!! But Pinto was beautiful.

39. Middle Men – The story must be a true one.

40. Hereafter – I liked the intensity while watching it.

41. Definitely, Maybe – Isla Fisher!!! God, I fell for her!!

42. Tangled – Gorgeous!! Those big eyes of Rapunzel, I still am fond of them.

43. Due Date – Wrong cast. I thought Downey Jr was a misfit.

44. Inside Job – Unbelievable work. No wonder it won an Oscar.

45. Freakonomics – Cool name and a thoughtful video.

46. No Strings Attached – Natalie Portman, I watch movies just for her!!

47. Tanu Weds Manu – Kangana was cool, but Madhavan, with that face, was sickening.

48. The People Vs Larry Flynt – A war of it’s own kind!!

49. Yeh Saali Zindagi – I expected more from Chitrangda Singh!!! 😉

63. The AvengersHulk!! Smash!! The men in red and green suits RULE!!

64. Mugamudi – Appreciate Jiva who picks up different roles all the time. Neat direction.

65. Blades of Glory – “I think I see the Virgin Mary!!” It’s not her. With Chazzy and Jimmy, we don’t need no girls. 😀 .

66. King Arthur – There are a few things which one can die for. Freedom, among them, is the noblest.
