India Today Conclave with ex-general Musharraf

The India Today Conclave which is right now in progress with ex-general Musharraf is attention-grabbing. A barrage of questions at Musharraf which are extremely hostile. I donno whether he deserves such kinda questions but i felt awfully thwarting at those. He certainly did not have upright answers. With powerful questions from many of them especially Mr Farooq Abdullah, Mr Musharraf looked strangled. People questioned his very capabilities during his tenure as the General of Pakistan. They blamed the Pakistan Army and the ISI for all the mishappenings and Musharraf was refuting all of them. He requested the entire world to not blame ISI and the Pakistan Army. How can the world live without blaming them?

Nevertheless, Mr Musharraf should be congratulated for coming to the conclave first of all. An ex-army chief during his tenure of a lot of happenings between India and Pakistan and moreover in the current turmoil has accepted the invitation to preside over the conclave. No wonder he has a lot of guts and no wonder he was the General for two terms.

“What is it like being in Pakistan and not being charged” was a question directly asked at him about him. I wonder how would he answer that. Now two ex-generals bolted at each other. This is very interesting. Our ex-military General had thrown 3 best questions at Musharraf. I understand now that only Generals best undestand their counterparts. India Today should have invited all our living ex-Generals to the conclave.
