Mindless terror attacks rock Mumbai!!!

Yes Mindless!!! Is there an other kind? The terrorists last night run amok Mumbai, our commercial capital as always they do anywhere else. We have lost 100 more lives to the blood thirsty militants. Call them VAMPIRES, not militants or terrorists. What’s more ill is that the vampires did not set their target on a single place. They drifted around many parts of Mumbai killing and wounding whomever they came across. The use of AK 47’s by them to do that is more shocking. People lost lives at the speed of the bullets coming out of that machine. Sad, that it is so easy to kill someone. Few other famous places which were hit by their madness were the Taj Palace, the Oberoi hotel and the sivaji terminus. Bomb blasts, hostages, encounters, commandos, gun shots are the common words buzzing in the media even now.

What’s the cause of all this? Who’s responsible for this? How many more lives should be laid for the government to take hard actions against such attacks. How long will our leaders just keep talking. STOP TALKING and START DOING should be our mantra from now on. Let’s at least get started from now on. Improve our internal security. Make it the highest priority thing on your political agenda.

The news channels which were filming the scenes at the attack sites showed police men with rifles and latti sticks with no bullet proof jackets or helmets when gun shots were heard every now and then. Can’t the state of affairs be better? The government announced 5 lacs for the dead and 50k for the injured as soon as they heard the news. For how many more days are we going to compensate the kin of the dead with money? Can the lives of people be really compensated by money ever?

These terrorist attacks will have major repercussions for many more years to come. The tourism industry will be the one which will be hit first. Every other world citizen would fear to come to India from now on and there are many more.

Let us all together not lose hope against such attacks. The politicians should stop their blame games and come together at least now and work together. Why can’t we have an efficient internal security system as that of the US ? There wasn’t a single terrorist attack in the US after 9/11. Can you believe that?

Let it cost hell. Is there anything which is more important than our lives?
