HOLOCAUST
One of the worst things that could have happened to the world is HITLER :@. When I was young, turning my history book pages, knowing his power, I thought he would be one of my heroes. Till recently, I wondered how he had a dream to conquer the world but I din’t know much about the Holocaust. A few days ago when I was wikiing about the 2nd world war, I happened to go through the Holocaust subject. The fact – 6 million Jews were killed during the holocaust by Hitler shook my nerves. The total death toll was more than 10 million, which is whopping by any terms. I would rate this as one of the single biggest sin ever committed by any human.

TERRORISM
Terrorism had become the new religion for various rebel activists and fanatics. At it’s acme, it had breached all levels of domestic and international security, yielding severe damages to nations and its populace. Terrorism had broken its main course, which God knows where it fathered and had branched into numerous outfits to disturb world peace. It had been one of the main reasons to beget hatred among communities which had lived harmoniously together.
There might be numerous reasons for someone or an outfit to embrace Terrorism culture. Often, these reasons arise out of hatred towards a community. There are even instances where state sponsored terrorism crop up to create commotion with in a state. Insurgence, according to me, the cousin of terrorism, is a political effort with a specific aim.
Terrorist incidents over the past three decades have increased multiple fold. The incident numbers are so high that it is not possible to list down all of them here. The below link provides the list of terrorist incidents from time 19th century.

are you shure you know much about history to say that this was the single biggest sin ever committed by any human? as fare as i know from my school knowledge here in europe, stalin has committed far more murders than hitler.

i don’t know if you have had proper history of europe, but as you had to search for the Hitlers holocaust yourselfe, I guess not.
to see the facts about the holocaust is bad, but belife me it’s nothing compared to standing in a concentration camp. i’ve been to Sachsenhausen and Dachau, ones a death camp, which has even been used after de 2WW of stalin the other was a work camp. Sachsenhausen also known as Oranienburg is a memorial place both for hittlers and stalins victimes and stalin wasn’t better at all.

That was sad to hear too….the sheer number of deaths (6,000,000) shocked me and I instantly wrote that article. I had the notion that there would have never been a person in history who could have done more damage to the human clan than Hitler. You proved me wrong.
And yes, I don’t know much about the European history, because I come from India. I have read about the world wars in my school, but no where did I read about the concentration camps.
I wonder how mass murderers like Hitler and Stalin have ever survived during that period. They should have been meted the same treatment as the killed.
no worries mate, i didn’t meen to offend you on not knowing the european history, but i think its rather odd(at leas for me) that someone might not know about this things, because i dare say that this is an important historical event. In europe you would have a hard time finding some one not knowing it. i doubt thow i know about every thing that happend in India or Asia in the past. so it might just be me who is a bit surprised by such a fact.
about why hittler and stalin survived, it is a simple thing they did, they controlled every person who might be thinking “independent”, which meens that they bilt up own structures of terrorizing people. in hitlers case this was the SS-Führerstaffel, which was a privat army killing every one not doing what the regime said. He also spreed his idea of the world to the children, by forcing them to go to the hitlerjugend(army like organization for kids), which he used to track down enemies of the system. stalin did the same things, had camps in syberia where he held all political opponents, ore some one who said something critic to the system.
in both systems noone deared to do anything, because to do so meant death.
